SCOPE OF JOB

The scope of this role is to provide excellent customer services while answering inquiries, assisting with reservations or changes in bookings by utilizing  all available communication channels as reservation systems, email, live chat, or social media while maintaining the highest standards of operating procedures.

Reports to:

Reservations Manager

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle both inbound calls (incoming customer inquiries or support requests) and outbound calls (initiating calls for various purposes, such as follow-ups or surveys).
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively answer questions and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify and resolve customer problems, complaints, or issues by using problem-solving skills and following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and details of the call in the company's database.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions, including notes, payments, complaints, and resolutions, for reference and reporting purposes.
  • Call center, representatives are responsible for promoting our outlets and services, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Provide assistance through various communication channels, such as phone calls, email, live chat, or social media, as required by the company.
  • Liaising with internal and external teams

Level of Experience

  • Previous experience in call center or customer services

  • Fluent English and Greek
  • F&B Knowledge

  • IT Skills (Word, Excel, Power point, Internet Services & File management)
