SCOPE OF JOB

The main purpose of this role is to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, along with snacks and deserts, while maximizing guest satisfaction, by ensuring that Company standards and targets are achieved.

Reports to:

Head Bartender

Main Responsibilities

Greeting and serving customers
Preparing customers’ orders timely, and accurately
Knowledge of menu and providing detailed information
Knowledge of methods of coffee preparation
Maintaining stock levels and supplies
Maintaining safe, clean and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
Ensure HACCP policies, procedures and codes of practice are implemented.
Attend job specific trainings
Attend team communication meetings

Level of Experience

Proven working experience as a barista, bartender or similar position
