Restaurant Waiter / Waitress

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly service to guests at all times
• Take orders and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, specials, and wine lists
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant area
• Prepare mise-en-place before service
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
• Promote upselling and maximise guest satisfaction
• Follow hygiene and health & safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant environment
• Knowledge of food & beverage service standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are an advantage)

Academic Qualifications

• Diploma or training in Hospitality or Food & Beverage will be considered an advantage
