Columbia Hotels & Resort LTD - Sales Executive

Columbia Hotels & Resorts Ltd is recruiting for its award-winning Columbia Beach Resort (5★) in Pissouri, Limassol. We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Executive to join our Sales Team and support the growth and positioning of our luxury resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets
• Maintain and expand relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients
• Promote hotel services, packages, and facilities to potential clients
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, and presentations
• Assist in negotiating contracts and closing agreements
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, and F&B departments
• Represent the hotel at exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities
• Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in hospitality or tourism
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Willingness to travel when required
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are an advantage)

Academic Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Additional training in Sales or Marketing will be considered an advantage
