We are currently hiring for Restaurant & Bar Supervisor positions.

Are you an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for service excellence? We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to lead our restaurant and bar teams to success.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant or Bar Supervisor, ideally in a 4* or 5* hotel environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities
• Good knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and POS systems
• Ability to train, motivate, and support team members
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of restaurant and bar areas
• Ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction at all times
• Support and guide staff to maintain company standards
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service flow
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and cleanliness of F&B outlets
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
• Promote a positive and efficient work environment
