Requirements

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or luxury hotel environment
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in massage therapy, beauty, or wellness (for therapist roles)
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Team player with a calm, welcoming, and caring approach
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa treatments and therapies tailored to guest needs (for therapists)
• Welcome guests warmly and assist with reservations, information, and product sales
• Ensure spa areas, treatment rooms, and facilities are clean, organized, and inviting
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and guest comfort at all times
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless wellness journey
