Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality, ideally in a 4* or 5* hotel environment
• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• High level of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel and attend events, trade shows, and promotional activities

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners
• Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote the resort’s services and experiences
• Manage online and offline sales channels to maximize bookings and revenue
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Support the organization of promotional events, press trips, and exhibitions
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and communications
• Collaborate closely with the wider team to achieve departmental and company targets
