Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or public relations, ideally in a 4* or 5* hotel environment
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms (social media, CRM, email campaigns)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
  
  

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the hotel and its services
• Support the sales team with client communication, proposals, and contracts
• Manage social media accounts and contribute to online content creation
• Coordinate promotional events, partnerships, and PR activities
• Maintain and update databases, client lists, and marketing materials
• Prepare reports and assist in market research and competitor analysis
• Ensure all sales and marketing efforts align with brand standards and business goals
