Requirements

• Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality, ideally in a 4* or 5* hotel environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and a warm, friendly attitude
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple orders efficiently
• High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including late evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly, accurately, and with a smile
• Ensure orders are presented according to hotel standards
• Provide a discreet and professional service, respecting guest privacy at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trays, trolleys, and service areas
• Handle guest requests and feedback with efficiency and courtesy
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
