Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment, ideally in a 4* or 5* hotel
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and friendly, welcoming attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation
• Team player with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and friendly service to guests in the restaurant and bar areas
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Ensure all dining areas are clean, organized, and well-presented
• Assist with setup and preparation for service, including table settings and stock levels
• Respond to guest requests and feedback in a courteous and professional manner
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding guest experience
