Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant, bar, or hospitality roles (4* or 5* hotel experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly service to all guests
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and order in dining and bar areas
• Assist with setup and closing duties
• Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience
• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to support smooth operations
