We are currently hiring for positions within our Pool Service Department.

• Pool Bar Waiters/Waitresses

Requirements

• Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality, ideally in a 4* or 5* hotel environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
• Team player with a proactive and flexible approach
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional, and friendly service to guests at the pool area
• Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
• Ensure poolside areas are clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times
• Assist with setting up and maintaining sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in all areas of service
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding guest experience
