We are currently hiring for the following position: Management Trainee

We are looking for ambitious, motivated, and adaptable individuals to join our Management Trainee Program. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or young professionals to gain hands-on experience in all key departments of the hotel and develop the leadership skills needed for a future management role.

Requirements:

• University degree in Hospitality Management or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is an advantage

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to tasks

• Professional appearance and a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

• Rotate through various departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, etc.)

• Support department heads with daily operations and projects

• Gain a practical understanding of hotel procedures and guest service standards

• Participate in meetings, trainings, and performance evaluations

• Assist in problem-solving and team coordination

• Work closely with supervisors to track personal progress and goals
