We are currently hiring for positions within the: Kitchen Brigade

Are you passionate about culinary excellence and working in a professional, high-standard kitchen environment? We are looking for motivated and dedicated culinary professionals to join our kitchen team across various positions.

Positions Available:

• Sous Chefs
• Chef de Partie
• Commis Chefs
• Kitchen Porters

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a 4* or 5* hotel environment
• Culinary diploma or relevant qualifications (for chef roles)
• High standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices
• Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative spirit
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen structure

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
• Follow recipes and presentation standards as directed by the Head Chef
• Adhere to all food hygiene and health & safety regulations
• Contribute to the overall efficiency of kitchen operations
• Support colleagues in different kitchen sections as required
