Columbia Hotels & Resorts Ltd is seeking to recruit for its award-winning Columbia Beach Resort 5★ in Pissouri – Limassol a responsible and detail-oriented professional for the following position:

Night Receptionist (Night Auditor)

We are looking for a reliable and service-driven individual to join our Front Office team during night operations, ensuring smooth hotel functioning and excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform check-in and check-out procedures during night shifts
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
• Carry out night audit procedures and ensure accuracy of financial reports
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare end-of-day reports
• Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety during night hours
• Coordinate with other departments for any overnight requirements
• Maintain accurate records and update systems
• Handle wake-up calls and late arrivals
• Ensure a smooth handover to the morning shift

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Front Office or Night Auditor role will be considered an advantage
• Basic accounting knowledge is preferred
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibility during night hours
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Ability to work night shifts

Academic Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field will be considered an advantage
