Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a 4* or 5* hotel environment
• High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned, organized, and prepared to hotel standards
• Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas and back-of-house spaces
• Report any maintenance issues or guest requests to the relevant departments
• Handle laundry, linen, and amenities with care and efficiency
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
• Support colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and a high-quality guest experience
