We are currently hiring for the following position: Guest Services Agent

We are looking for friendly and professional individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in ensuring a warm welcome and seamless stay.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a front office or customer-facing hospitality role preferred

• Excellent communication skills in English; Greek or other languages are an advantage

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuinely helpful attitude

• Well-groomed appearance and a confident, welcoming presence

• Ability to work in a team and handle busy shifts calmly

• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with hotel software (e.g., Opera) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out

• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

• Handle guest requests, reservations, and complaints professionally

• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest needs

• Ensure a smooth, memorable experience throughout the guest’s stay

• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handovers between shifts
