Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a 4* or 5* hotel environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-oriented approach
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process
• Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and special arrangements in a prompt and courteous manner
• Provide information on hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently
• Support luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and concierge services
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel policies and procedures
