Requirements

• Previous experience in front office or guest services, ideally in a 4* or 5* hotel environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
• Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and reservations
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and courtesy
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel policies and procedures
