We are currently seeking a professional and passionate Beautician to join our renowned Spa & Wellness Department and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxurious and serene environment.

About the Role
As a Beautician at Columbia Beach Resort, you will provide a range of high-quality beauty treatments and therapies tailored to our guests’ needs. You will ensure that every guest feels cared for, relaxed, and refreshed, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments such as facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and other aesthetic services according to spa standards.
• Assess guests’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
• Ensure treatment rooms and beauty areas are clean, well-stocked, and inviting at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
• Promote spa and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
• Deliver excellent customer service with warmth, discretion, and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with other spa team members to ensure a seamless wellness journey for every guest.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Beautician in a spa, salon, or luxury hotel environment.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy or aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Team player with a calm, caring, and welcoming approach.
