Requirements

• Previous experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a 4* or 5* hotel environment
• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to meet deadlines and support the wider finance team

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations, and data entry
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
• Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate cost allocation
• Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations
