We’re now looking for a Waiter/Waitress B’ to join our front-of-house team and help us deliver the warm hospitality and lively vibe that define Catrinas.

Role Overview
As a Waiter/Waitress B’, you’ll support our service team to ensure that every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience. You’ll assist with orders, food delivery, and table service, all while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and is eager to grow in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in welcoming and serving guests with a positive, professional approach.

• Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.

• Support senior waiters in maintaining smooth service during busy periods.

• Ensure tables are set, clean, and ready for guests.

• Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions.

• Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent customer service.

• Handle guest requests politely and promptly.

• Follow all hygiene and safety regulations.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role (restaurant or café) preferred but not essential.

• Friendly, polite, and team-oriented attitude.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English (Greek an advantage).

• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
