Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate, attentive  Restaurant Supervisor who will help maintain the high standards of service, ambiance, and guest experience that Catrinas is known for. You’ll work closely with both the team and management to ensure smooth daily operations and memorable guest experiences from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, ensuring prompt and friendly service.

• Maintain the signature Catrinas ambiance through attention to detail in service, lighting, and presentation.

• Oversee guest flow and ensure smooth seating and service coordination.

• Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure positive resolutions.

• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and motivation.

• Support management with inventory, ordering, and cost control.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.

• Help coordinate special events, DJ nights, and themed evenings.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a supervisor or shift leader in a restaurant or bar.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities.

• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

• Knowledge of bar and cocktail service is a plus.

• Fluency in English (Greek an advantage).

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
