Catrinas is a modern, vibrant Mexican restaurant & cocktail bar in the heart of Limassol. We’re known for our bold flavours, creative presentation, handcrafted cocktails, and lively atmosphere. Our kitchen blends authentic Mexican traditions with contemporary influences and international flair and we’re looking for a talented Cook to join our team and help us create dishes that impress and inspire.

Role Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Cook with experience in Continental and/or Mexican cuisine. The ideal candidate is passionate about flavour, presentation, and quality, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef to prepare and execute menu items that reflect the Catrinas style, vibrant, fresh, and full of personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the restaurant’s high standards.

• Assist in menu preparation, daily specials, and food planning.

• Maintain quality control for taste, consistency, and presentation.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

• Support in managing kitchen inventory and stock rotation.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

• Contribute ideas for improving recipes, efficiency, and presentation.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cook or Line Chef in a busy restaurant environment.

• Knowledge of Mexican and/or Continental cuisine.

• Passion for cooking, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain consistency.

• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety procedures.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Fluency in English (Greek is an advantage).
