Job Description

Are you passionate about hospitality and excellent customer service? St Raphael Resort & Marina is looking for a dedicated Cashier to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our resort.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Provide a warm, professional, and friendly service to guests and team members.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at designated cash points.
  • Ensure proper cash handling, credit card transactions, and billing procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash at the end of shifts.
  • Assist guests with inquiries regarding billing and payments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures regarding financial transactions and security.
     

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong numerical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic accounting principles.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage).
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
