Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Spa Therapist – Thai Massage Specialist to join our spa and wellness team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Thai massage and a strong understanding of professional spa treatments. You will be responsible for providing high-quality treatments while ensuring a relaxing, professional, and personalized experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional Thai massage treatments according to established spa standards and guest preferences.
Provide a range of massage and wellness treatments, including traditional Thai massage and other treatments within your area of expertise.
Consult with guests to understand their needs, preferences, and any relevant health or physical considerations before treatments.
Ensure a professional, relaxing, and welcoming experience for all spa guests.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in treatment rooms and spa areas.
Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, oils, towels, and other supplies before and after each treatment.
Follow proper massage techniques, safety procedures, and hotel spa protocols at all times.
Recommend suitable treatments and provide professional guidance to guests when appropriate.
Maintain accurate treatment records and communicate any relevant guest feedback to the spa management.
Monitor stock levels of spa products and supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
Work closely with other spa and hotel staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest service.
Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and report any issues to the spa manager.
Maintain a professional appearance and follow the hotel's standards of conduct and service.
Participate in maintaining a calm, clean, and relaxing atmosphere throughout the spa.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, or Thai Massage Specialist in a professional spa, wellness center, hotel, or resort.
Specialized experience and strong knowledge of Traditional Thai Massage.
Knowledge of various massage techniques and wellness treatments is an advantage.
Relevant Thai massage or spa therapy certification/diploma is preferred.
Good understanding of professional hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to assess guest needs and provide personalized treatments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy spa environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort spa is an advantage.
