Casale Panayiotis, a luxury boutique hotel nestled in the Troodos Mountains, is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurants and ensure guests enjoy a seamless, high-quality dining experience. This key leadership role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional who thrives in a guest-facing environment and can lead a team with confidence, efficiency, and warmth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Act as the host, engaging with guests and handling feedback or complaints with professionalism.
- Manage staffing: scheduling, training, mentoring, and supervising front-of-house teams.
- Maintain a high standard of service, cleanliness, and presentation across the venue.
- Drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives, event coordination, and upselling.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and act on insights to continuously improve.
- Coordinate special events and liaise with guests for private bookings and functions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the hotel.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an upscale or boutique hotel environment.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards and POS systems.
- Attributes: Professional appearance, guest-focused mindset, detail-oriented, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
