We are seeking a dedicated Reservation Agent to join our team and contribute to delivering memorable stays for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide detailed information about room availability, hotel amenities, and local attractions.
Respond to inquiries and resolve any booking-related issues with accuracy and efficiency.
Process special requests, ensuring personalized service for each guest.
Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Maximize revenue by offering upgrades and promoting special packages.
Uphold the hotel's high standard of hospitality and guest service at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in reservations, front desk, or a related role in hospitality.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in reservation software (experience with property management systems is a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Greek or other languages is an advantage.
Passion for delivering outstanding guest service and exceeding expectations.
