We are seeking a dedicated Reservation Agent to join our team and contribute to delivering memorable stays for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide detailed information about room availability, hotel amenities, and local attractions.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve any booking-related issues with accuracy and efficiency.
• Process special requests, ensuring personalized service for each guest.
• Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Maximize revenue by offering upgrades and promoting special packages.
• Uphold the hotel's high standard of hospitality and guest service at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in reservations, front desk, or a related role in hospitality.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in reservation software (experience with property management systems is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Greek or other languages is an advantage.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service and exceeding expectations.
