Job Description
Our client is a small Corporate Services Provider in Limassol. They are now looking to hire a Business Operations & Development Manager to lead and manage operational processes and business growth strategies across service lines: corporate services and relocation services. The Business Operations & Development Manager will play a hybrid role that blends business development, client servicing, internal operations management, and high-level strategic planning. The role demands to be result-driven and capability to building robust systems, driving lead generation, managing client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering continuous improvement in internal business operations. This position aligns with the scope typically held by a Chief Operating Officer (COO), requiring strong leadership, operational oversight, and a vision for scalability and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Business Plan:
Create and execute a 12-month business development strategy for Corporate Services & Immigration business lines.
Translate the company’s vision into actionable operational plans and ensure alignment of departmental goals with strategic objectives.
KPI
Set and monitor KPIs, track and report on operations, prepare business development summaries.
CRM system:
Develop a CRM system
Maintain a high-performance CRM, monitor KPIs, and prepare weekly/monthly reporting dashboards.
Standard Operating Procedures:
Develop and refine SOPs and workflows across key client services including incorporation, governance, compliance, bank account opening, bookkeeping/accounting, audits, and relocation support: visa/property support.
Operations:
Build, lead, and support internal teams with clear processes and efficient cross functional collaboration. Ensure top-tier client service delivery and resolve escalated client issues with professionalism.
Manage operational risk and ensure compliance with regulations in Cyprus and Dubai.
Research and Development:
Conduct market research, track competitors, and adjust strategy based on trends and demand.
Identify opportunities for service expansion, market entry, and strategic positioning in Cyprus and Dubai.
Lead strategic initiatives for scaling, service innovation, and geographic or product expansion.
Financial:
Define fees for services
Oversee budgeting and cost control alongside finance leads; manage key financial and operational reports.
Marketing / Lead Generation:
Create and execute digital campaigns, manage website and social media, publish content. i. Drive lead generation through digital marketing campaigns, SEO, social media content, and email outreach.
Build referral networks with law firms, auditors, real estate agents, banks, and immigration professionals.
Represent the business at networking events and foster referral networks with partners in legal, real estate, and immigration sectors.
Act as a lead business representative, managing initial client consultations, onboarding, and handovers.
At a later stage:
Manage day-to-day operations across departments—corporate structuring, relocation services, legal, and finance and business development/marketing.
Working hours:
Company hours of operation 9:00am – 6:30pm.
Working hours:
8 hours to be discussed with the candidate
9:00 – 13:00 / 14:00 – 18:00
9:30 – 13:30 / 14:30-18:30
