Job Description

Main Purpose of the Role:
To identify, approach, and secure new employer-clients who need recruitment or staffing services.


Key Duties:

  • Research and identify potential client companies.
  • Make outbound calls/emails to introduce the agency’s services.
  • Set up meetings between employers and branch’s senior consultant(s).
  • Maintain and update a client prospect list (CRM).
  • Assist in preparing proposals or service presentations.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain initial client relationships.
  • Gather information on employers’ staffing needs and pass it to the recruitment team.
  • Support marketing initiatives (emails, social media outreach, networking events).

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment or HR (training can be provided).
  • Ability to work with targets and KPIs.
  • Good telephone and email etiquette.
  • Computer literacy (CRM systems, MS Office, etc.).
  • Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

  • Number of employer leads generated.
  • Number of appointments/meetings booked.
  • Conversion rate from lead → client.
  • Revenue secured from new clients (depending on seniority).
  • Activity metrics (calls/emails/outreach).
