BROWN HILLS - POOL OPERATOR

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Employee – Pool Operator to join the team at our brand-new hotel in Paphos, Cyprus. This is a great opportunity to work with a prestigious international brand and help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily maintenance and operation of all hotel swimming pools and water features.

• Monitor water quality and chemical levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Perform routine cleaning and servicing of pool filters, pumps, and other related equipment.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests related to pool areas and surrounding facilities.

• Maintain detailed records of water testing, chemical use, and equipment servicing.

• Work closely with the engineering and housekeeping teams to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

• Support general maintenance duties throughout the hotel when needed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a certified Pool Operator or in a similar role.

• Knowledge of water treatment, chemical handling, and pool equipment maintenance.

• Good understanding of local health and safety regulations related to pools.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in English and Greek, additional languages are a plus.

• Willingness to relocate or already residing in Paphos, Cyprus.
