BROWN HILLS PAPHOS - WAITER/WAITRESS

Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-minded Waiters to join the opening team of our brand-new hotel in Paphos, Cyprus. As part of our food and beverage team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding dining experiences and creating lasting impressions for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and guide them through the menu with confidence.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring every detail is correct.

• Deliver orders promptly and professionally, maintaining high service standards at all times.

• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations when appropriate.

• Set up, maintain, and clear tables with attention to cleanliness and presentation.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

• Handle guest feedback with care and escalate any concerns to the supervisor if needed.

• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations and company policies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a waiter/waitress or food & beverage role is preferred.

• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.

• Energetic, friendly, and professional attitude.

• Fluency in English and Greek; other languages are a plus.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Residing in or willing to relocate to Paphos, Cyprus.
