BROWN HILLS PAPHOS - BARTENDER

Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and skilled Bartender to join the opening team of our brand-new hotel in Paphos, Cyprus. As the face behind the bar, you will create memorable moments through crafted drinks, warm hospitality, and engaging guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and presentation standards.

• Provide attentive and friendly service to guests at the bar and lounge area.

• Recommend drinks, upsell specialty cocktails, and engage guests with product knowledge.

• Ensure the bar is always clean, well-stocked, and organized.

• Handle cash, card payments, and tabs accurately.

• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Monitor guest behavior and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment.

• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a hotel, bar, or restaurant environment.

• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and bar equipment.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Fluency in English and Greek; other languages are a plus.

• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to relocate or already residing in Paphos, Cyprus.
