St. Raphael Resort & Marina is looking for enthusiastic and skilled Bartenders to join our team and grow with us.

Job Overview
The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. He/she will maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensure consistent quality in all beverages, and contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, good knowledge of cocktails, and excellent customer service skills.

Main Responsibilities
· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and specialty drinks
· Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, tools, and equipment
· Check guests’ identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
· Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
· Follow hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP
· Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
· Collaborate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth bar operations
· Suggest drink pairings and promote special menus or offers

Qualifications & Skills
· Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, bar, or restaurant environment
· Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar techniques
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
· Team player with a proactive and professional approach
· Good command of English (knowledge of Greek is a plus)
· Basic knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
