Job Purpose

The Bar/Restaurant Waiter (Seasonal) will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service in the hotel’s restaurant and bar areas. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a smooth dining experience, while maintaining high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their table or bar area

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery

• Provide attentive service to ensure a positive guest experience

• Assist guests with menu selections and make recommendations when needed

• Set up, clean, and clear tables efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized dining and bar area

• Respond to guest requests and handle any complaints in a professional manner

• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow

• Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required

• Good spoken and written English

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to handle fast-paced environments and work under pressure

• Flexibility and availability to work during the summer season
