Position Overview

Aeolian Village Beach Resort is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barman to join our dynamic team for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will create memorable experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional beverage service, crafting cocktails with flair, and maintaining a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with professionalism and attention to quality.
• Interact warmly with guests, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock management and inventory checks.
• Collaborate closely with the restaurant and events teams to support all food and beverage operations.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Stay informed on current trends in cocktails and beverage service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a barman in a hotel, resort, or high-volume bar environment.
• Knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and cocktails.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Willingness to work on a seasonal employment contract.
