JOB PURPOSE:
The Revenue & E-Commerce Manager is responsible for managing and developing the company’s online business through direct channels, OTA platforms, and the company’s own websites and reservation systems. The role focuses on maximizing overall hotel revenue and profit through effective pricing, inventory management, distribution channel optimization, and innovative e-commerce strategies.
In close cooperation with the Digital Marketing Department, the Revenue & E-Commerce Manager increases web traffic and online conversion by implementing targeted campaigns, promotions, and engaging content that promotes the company’s brands, hotels, products, and services — aligned with the overall sales and marketing strategy.
Furthermore, the position is responsible for managing and developing relationships with local agents, tour operators, online travel agencies (OTAs), and other online partners (B2B & B2C). This includes preparing quotations and rate proposals in line with the company’s approved pricing policy, and implementing the contracting strategy — including rates, offers, and allotments — under the guidance of the Business Development Manager, as well as reviewing all contracts prior to signing.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Manage all day-to-day Revenue & E- Commerce operations
§ Maximize hotel revenue and profitability through strategic pricing, yield management, and channel optimization.
§ Manage and develop the company’s online business across all platforms — direct website, OTAs, and reservation systems.
§ Drive online traffic and direct bookings in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team through effective campaigns and promotions.
§ Monitor hotel performance metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR) and recommend actions to achieve targets.
§ Ensure content, rates, and availability are accurate and consistent across all online channels and distribution systems.
§ Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and booking behaviour to support informed business decisions.
§ Negotiate and manage contracts with tour operators, OTAs, local agents, and online partners (B2B & B2C).
§ Prepare rate proposals, offers, and allotment agreements following company policies and pricing strategy.
§ Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to enhance visibility and revenue performance.
§ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to align pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
§ Degree in Hotel Management, e-Commerce, Sales / Yielding, Digital technologies, Computer Science or similar related field.
§ A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an e-commerce position, contracting or similar, developing and implementing sales strategies.
§ In-depth knowledge of various sales channels and tools, relevant IT programs and best practices.
§ Solid understanding of Channel manager, reservations system, Online review sites.
§ Highly creative with strong organizational skills, critical thinker with problem-solving skills
§ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; strong written & verbal communication skills
§ Outstanding negotiation Skills and contract interpretation.
§ Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce.
