Position: Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking motivated, service-oriented, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. The Waiter/Waitress will play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience that matches Ajax Hotel’s reputation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner.

• Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.

• Ensure cleanliness, setup, and presentation of tables meet hotel standards.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest requests or complaints effectively.

• Work closely with colleagues and kitchen staff for smooth operations.

• Maintain hygiene and comply with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant will be considered an advantage.

• Good command of English (knowledge of Greek or additional languages is a plus).

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to work in a team.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Cyprus.
