Waiters / Waitresses – Restaurant & Bar

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Ajax Hotel in Limassol is seeking Waiters / Waitresses for its Restaurant and Bar, with professionalism, a pleasant personality and a strong commitment to excellent guest service.

Duties:

Welcome and serve guests in the Restaurant and Bar
Take and accurately enter guest orders
Serve food and beverages in accordance with the hotel's standards
Provide guests with information about the menu, beverages and available options
Promote products and additional sales where appropriate
Prepare and organise the service area before and after service
Assist with the service of weddings, christenings, conferences and other events
Comply with hygiene and safety standards
Cooperate with the Restaurant, Bar and Kitchen teams
Be available and flexible to work rotating shifts

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar position in a hotel, restaurant or bar
Good command of Greek and English
Very good communication skills and a pleasant personality
Professional appearance and conduct
Knowledge of basic service standards and guest service
Knowledge of wines, beverages or cocktails will be considered an advantage
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Teamwork, reliability and responsibility
