Position: Cook
We are seeking skilled and passionate Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidates will have a love for food preparation, creativity in presentation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to hotel standards and menus

• Ensure proper portion control, presentation, and consistency of meals

• Assist in menu planning and contribute to new dish ideas when required

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas

• Monitor and manage stock levels of ingredients and supplies

• Cooperate with other kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

• Handle equipment and utensils with care and responsibility
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cook in a hotel or restaurant environment is required

• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and hygiene standards

• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Cyprus
