Position Overview
Aeolian Village Beach Resort is seeking motivated and reliable Waiter/Waitress B’ professionals to join its restaurant team for the upcoming season.
The successful candidates will assist with restaurant service and ensure guests receive friendly, efficient and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with food and beverage service.
Prepare and maintain tables and service areas.
Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
Assist guests with their requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
Assist senior waiters and supervisors during service.
Cooperate with the kitchen and bar teams.
Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
Ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
Assist with restaurant setup and closing duties.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel or resort is preferred.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Professional and friendly attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Reliable, flexible and hardworking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.
Willingness to work on a seasonal employment contract.
