Position Overview
Aeolian Village Beach Resort is seeking experienced and motivated Waiter/Waitress A’ professionals to join its restaurant team for the upcoming season.
The successful candidates will provide professional and friendly service to guests while maintaining the resort’s standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide professional table service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
Ensure tables are properly prepared and maintained.
Respond professionally to guest requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
Assist with buffet and restaurant service.
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams.
Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction throughout the service.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel, resort or restaurant.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
Reliable, flexible and team-oriented.
Good knowledge of English; Greek will be considered an advantage.
Willingness to work on a seasonal employment contract.
