Position Overview
Aeolian Village Beach Resort is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join its food and beverage team for the upcoming season.
The successful candidate will supervise the daily restaurant operation, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth service flow and high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations.
Coordinate and support the restaurant service team.
Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
Monitor service standards and restaurant presentation.
Assist with staff scheduling and daily task allocation.
Ensure tables and service areas are properly prepared.
Handle guest requests and resolve service issues professionally.
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other hotel departments.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and health standards.
Support the training and development of restaurant staff.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
Experience in a hotel, resort or high-volume restaurant environment is preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Good knowledge of English; Greek will be considered an advantage.
Reliable, organized and team-oriented.
Willingness to work on a seasonal employment contract.
