Position Overview
Aeolian Village Beach Resort is seeking a friendly, reliable and professional Porter with a valid driving licence to join its Front Office team for the upcoming season.
The successful candidate will assist guests with luggage and transportation while providing welcoming and professional service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure.
Transport guests' luggage safely to and from their rooms.
Assist guests with transportation and general requests.
Drive resort vehicles when required.
Maintain the entrance and luggage areas in an organized condition.
Assist the Front Office team with guest services.
Provide information and directions to guests when required.
Ensure guest belongings are handled carefully and professionally.
Report maintenance or safety issues to management.
Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as a hotel porter, bellman or in a similar position is preferred.
Valid driving licence is required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional, friendly and well-presented personality.
Ability to assist guests with luggage and perform physical duties.
Good knowledge of English; Greek will be considered an advantage.
Reliable, flexible and team-oriented.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy hotel environment.
Willingness to work on a seasonal employment contract.
