Position Overview

Aeolian Village Beach Resort is seeking a friendly, reliable and hardworking Beach Boy to join its team for the upcoming season.

The successful candidate will assist with the daily operation and maintenance of the beach area, ensuring a clean, safe and pleasant environment for resort guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the beach area.

• Arrange and maintain sunbeds, umbrellas and other beach equipment.

• Assist guests with their needs in a friendly and professional manner.

• Ensure beach areas are kept clean throughout the day.

• Assist with the setup and closing of the beach area.

• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.

• Support other resort departments when required.

• Follow health and safety procedures.

• Provide excellent guest service at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a hotel, resort or beach environment is preferred.

• Friendly and professional personality.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Physically fit and able to perform outdoor duties.

• Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented.

• Ability to work under the sun and in a fast-paced seasonal environment.

• Good knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.

• Willingness to work on a seasonal employment contract.
