Position Overview
Aeolian Village Beach Resort is seeking motivated and reliable Barman/Barwoman B’ professionals to join its bar team for the upcoming season.
The successful candidates will assist with beverage preparation and service while maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and service of beverages.
Support senior bartenders during daily operations.
Prepare the bar area before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar.
Assist with stock replenishment and storage.
Serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Follow established beverage and service standards.
Follow hygiene, health and safety procedures.
Respond to guest requests appropriately.
Cooperate effectively with the bar and restaurant teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in a bar, hotel, resort or restaurant is preferred.
Basic knowledge of beverage service.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Professional and friendly attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
Reliable, flexible and team-oriented.
Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Good knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.
Willingness to work on a seasonal employment contract.
