Position Overview
Aeolian Village Beach Resort is seeking experienced and motivated Barman/Barwoman A’ professionals to join its bar team for the upcoming season.
The successful candidates will provide professional beverage service while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
Prepare cocktails and drinks according to established standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar.
Monitor beverage stock and communicate requirements to the supervisor.
Ensure correct storage and handling of beverages.
Handle guest requests professionally.
Follow hygiene, health and safety regulations.
Maintain high standards of presentation and service.
Cooperate effectively with the bar and restaurant teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as a Barman/Barwoman in a hotel, resort or restaurant.
Good knowledge of beverage preparation and service.
Knowledge of cocktails will be considered an advantage.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Reliable, flexible and team-oriented.
Good knowledge of English; Greek will be considered an advantage.
Willingness to work on a seasonal employment contract.
