Position Overview
Aeolian Village Beach Resort is seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to join its food and beverage team for the upcoming season.
The successful candidate will supervise the daily bar operation, ensuring excellent service, efficient team performance and high standards of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operation of the bar.
Coordinate and support the bar team during service.
Ensure professional and friendly guest service.
Monitor beverage quality, presentation and service standards.
Assist with staff scheduling and task allocation.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
Ensure correct storage and handling of beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Handle guest requests and service issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or in a similar supervisory position.
Experience in a hotel, resort or high-volume bar environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of beverage service.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Good customer service skills.
Good knowledge of English; Greek will be considered an advantage.
Reliable, organized and team-oriented.
Willingness to work on a seasonal employment contract.
