The Role

Our Technology Department supports and drives the digital transformation of the Akelius business in seven countries worldwide

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for internal and external applications, focusing on simplicity and technical aspects. Your duties will include amongst others, creating intuitive user flows and responsive layouts according to business requirements, building user interfaces and click dummies according to enterprise design guidelines. Communicating with project managers as well as with development teams and moving forward internal interface guidelines together with other UX, UI designers. You will present ideas to enterprise stakeholders and accompany project teams from early stage of product development until final implementation

Requirements

• Masters/Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineer, Deisgn or in a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• Profound knowledge of UX, UI design for responsive web applications
• Experience in maintaining and evolving a design system
• Expertise in creating wireframes, using Figma, Adobe Illustrator or similar
• Practices skills in prototyping, using Figma or Axure RP
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Knowledge of any other language, including the German language will be considered an advantage (but not a prerequisite)
• Positivity, professional maturity, enthusiasm and team spirit
• Creativity and an out-of-the-box thinking approach
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Desire to excel and stand out professionally
